Order Cancellation Before Pickup
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been picked up. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at info@perciseaid.com. If your order is successfully canceled before pickup, you will receive a full refund.
After pickup: Once your order has been picked up, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item(s) following the guidelines in our return policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of pickup. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon verification of the defect or damage.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
• Products marked as “Final Sale”;
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products or digital content
• Any product that has been opened or used
Return Process
Return Authorization:
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or
damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@perciseaid.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds Processing Time:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or
credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
